• $150 for houses up to 1200 sq ft

• $200 for houses from 1201 to 2000 sq ft

• $250 for houses from 2001 to 4000 sq ft

• $300 for houses from 4001 to 6000 sq ft

• $350 for houses over 6000 sq ft

All premium real estate photo shoots include 2 or more pictures of each full sized room. Professional color grading and editing in lightroom to make sure your shots look clean and detailed. Free basic edits such as minor distraction removal and sky replacement. Detail shots of any unique features that you want to have photographed.

Additional Services

• Virtual staging $40 per photo

• Video tour of the house $200

• Aerial Photos $75 with any premium real estate photo shoot or $200 for only the aerial photos

• Additional charge of $50 for any properties that are more than 50 miles from Mentor, Oh
