
Seller Checklist
General
Open all curtains and blinds; turn on all interior lights.
Turn off ceiling fans.
Check that all lightbulbs are working and replace any burnt-out bulbs.
Contain pets and remove pet-related items from photographed areas.
Remove vehicles from the driveway and in front of the home; close garage doors.
Move garbage cans out of sight.
Remove any piles of mail, newspapers, or magazines.
Hide valuables (jewelry, safes, firearms, cash jars, designer items, etc.).
Exterior
Put away tools, yard equipment, and debris.
Ensure the lawn is mowed and the yard is free of pet waste.
Open patio umbrellas and hot tub covers (weather permitting).
Make sure the pool is clean and uncovered (weather permitting).
Kitchen
Clear all countertops (leave minimal decor only).
Remove items from the sink.
Remove magnets, photos, and papers from the refrigerator.
Remove items from the top of the refrigerator.
Bathrooms
Close toilet seats and lids.
Clear countertops completely.
Remove waste baskets, plungers, bowl brushes, and all rugs.
Remove toiletries, shampoo bottles, soap, and razors.
Open shower curtains.
Bedrooms & Living Areas
Make beds neatly.
Tidy rooms and hang clothes.
Remove items stored under beds.
Walk-in closets are photographed upon request.
Additional Notes
If you would like family photos blurred, please let me know in advance.
If any large valuables cannot be removed, notify me prior to the shoot so we can edit them out.
We typically do not photograph garages unless requested in advance.
The following checklist outlines the items that should be completed prior to the scheduled photo shoot. Proper preparation ensures the highest quality images and a smooth, efficient session.
If possible, please arrange to have the property vacant during the shoot. This allows us to work efficiently and deliver the best results.
